Small, quaint, quiet and serene; the village is ideal for a relaxing and restful getaway.

Albas is built on the ruins of an IXth century fortress. The foundation can still be seen in some areas; particularly in the “Tourette”.

Outside the village, while following the marked out pedestrian path, one can discover the ruins of two windmills, a water mill dating from the XIII century, the remains of a pink marble career and red silt characteristic of the village surroundings.

Some pictures of the village and on the pedestrian path: (the tower of the church is modified !!!)
