The village of ALBAS is located between the Corbières Maritimes and the Hautes Corbières, in a region called  Basses Corbières.

 At an altitude of 250 m, Albas is home to 75 residents.

The village is built on the foundation of a medieval castle.

The village could be the departure of your excursions, whether on foot, bicycle, mountain bike or by car.  

There are no shops in the village. A baker passes each morning around 9h30 with a variety of fresh baked goods and there is a mini-market in the nearby village of DURBAN (11 km).  

Restaurants with menu prices ranging from 11 to 100 € are located in the neighbouring villages.

A vehicle is essential to benefit fully from the area.
